Berkshire Impact brings people, organizations, causes and resources into view so that a useful introduction, a shared idea or a first step into community life is easier to find.
We’re starting with a directory and tools for community contributions, then building from what people actually need.

Discovery should reach beyond familiar names and existing circles. We aim to make it easier for emerging work to be found alongside established organizations.

A useful connection starts with understandable information and a practical way to act on it.

We distinguish plans from shipped features and activities from outcomes. Sources, review and correction are part of the work.

Today, you can explore published listings, suggest additions and corrections, access an invited Visibility Pack, and submit or vote on platform requests.
The change we want to see is more people finding relevant opportunities, organizations reaching the people they serve, and useful connections turning into action.
Those are outcomes to work toward and measure. We have not yet published a measured community outcome report.

Good work deserves

Community information often lives in separate websites, newsletters, social posts and personal networks. Finding the right opportunity can depend on already knowing the right person.
Berkshire Impact starts with a practical response: bring those connections into a shared place, make them easier to understand, and give people a way to contribute to what comes next.
Our story is still being written. The current platform is an early foundation; future services and ways of working together will develop through community needs and feedback.
